ADVICE – Not all work place disputes and issues will result in a formal process being instigated. However, this invariably always depends on the the actions you take immediately. That is when the advice line service will benefit you the most; what should you do when you have concerns in the workplace? How best to respond to complaints about you? Or you may just want to talk about what happening to you.
DBE ADVICE SERVICE will be the calming voice, the listening ear that will really make a difference. It is a confidential service so you can speak to us in confidence.
